About the Agency

Who We Are

A working group of Caribbean and European professionals, based partly in the Netherlands, brought together by one goal: helping the Caribbean move the region’s AI future forward on its own terms.

The Caribbean AI Agency was founded by a team spanning the Caribbean and Europe — professionals in HR, marketing, technology, web development, and startup building who share both a personal connection to the region and hands-on experience building organizations in Europe’s startup ecosystem. We come together around a simple premise: the Caribbean shouldn’t have to choose between global best practice and regional relevance. It can have both, if the people building it understand both worlds.

Part of our team is based in the Netherlands, working inside one of Europe’s most active startup and technology ecosystems — and bringing that operating experience directly to bear on Caribbean institution-building, rather than treating the region as a market to be entered from a distance.
